A dapper DC Super-Villain with Cost 11 and 6 VP, whose ability returns one card of each different cost from 0 to 8 from the discard pile to hand. Its First Appearance attack has players each set one card from hand aside, then pass their remaining cards left, repeating until all cards have been set aside.
