DC Deck-Building Game: The Batman Who Laughs Promo Card

A Joker-ized version of Batman acts as a super-villain card in the deck-building game. It offers effects that interact with Weakness cards, allowing players to gain Weaknesses from the destroyed pile and optionally take a Weakness at the start of each turn. When a Weakness is taken this way, the top card of the main deck is played immediately and then destroyed, creating chain interactions that affect hand composition and the shared decks.
