A collection of scenarios and resources for modern-conspiracy investigative play. It presents three linked adventures: an introductory mission that introduces players to the covert, dangerous world of federal counter-intelligence; a village-based case where secret government experiments spin out of control and investigators must contain an escalating threat; and a short campaign that unpacks deeper conspiracies and an existential menace hinted to be underway. The volume also compiles profiles for thirty-six actual U.S. intelligence and security agencies, each with character templates and a sample NPC ready to drop into ongoing campaigns.
