Devolved Psychics

In a distant Terran future, a government devolution program transforms human test subjects into apes, lizards, fish, amoebas, and other forms. The project’s lead scientist hopes to create worm-like navigators, but the resulting psychics develop their own ambitions and demand that humanity serve them. Players take part in this conflict between the devolved beings and the society that created them.
