The balance of power among seven European nations teeters at the dawn of the 20th century. Players lead Austria-Hungary, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Russia, or Turkey, negotiating alliances and directing armies and fleets to expand their influence. The expanded map includes the wider Mediterranean, a passable Switzerland, and passage through the Suez Canal, with territorial boundaries reflecting 1900. The core rules remain unchanged, and play is typically conducted by email with moves resolved by an electronic judge.
