Dominion: Governor Promo Card

An action card that grants the player +1 Action and offers a choice of three shared effects with stronger variants for the card owner. Players can choose to give every player additional cards, grant every player a Silver (or Gold for the chooser), or allow every player to trash a card from hand and gain a replacement costing exactly one (or two for the chooser) more.
