An eldritch storm of falling stars devastates a city, leaving behind a meteor whose influence transforms the region. Fifteen years later, the ruins are a dismal urban wasteland contaminated by otherworldly magic and haunted by hideous monsters. Players explore the blighted city and face the dangers within its ruined streets.
