Adds avian species and flight mechanics to the ecosystem. Players may create flying species by paying higher setup costs and accepting a smaller maximum body size and a food upkeep equal to body size. Flying species gain access to new traits like Dive-Bomb and Brood Parasite, can forage from the Cliff as an alternate food source, and are immune to attacks from non-flying carnivores. Flying carnivores can discard cards to ignore certain defensive traits when attacking. The expansion keeps the base rules intact while introducing new tactical considerations.
