This fantasy roleplaying supplement provides new city locations and encounters for use in almost any fantasy campaign. It details sixteen locations, each with setting details, distinctive features, and adventure hooks. A separate collection of encounter ideas is divided into daytime and nighttime scenes, giving gamemasters situations and challenges to introduce as characters move through the city.
