Five Shires Gazetteer: Alternate Edition

This alternate setting presents the Five Shires as a more active source of adventure. It introduces internal conflicts, external threats, dangerous locations, and other problems to disrupt the region’s normally quiet and contented communities. The material provides a version of the setting where adventurers have reasons to stay, investigate local troubles, and become involved in conflicts, while also supporting departures from the Shires in search of trouble elsewhere.
