Adds full components for a fifth player and introduces five new city tiles set around the Sultanate. Players still manipulate and collect the five tribes via the mancala-style movement and bid for turn order, but can now visit the new city tiles to accept special Sultan requests. Completing Whim cards requires meeting specific conditions tied to those cities and earns extra points; control of the new tiles becomes a strategic objective alongside existing scoring paths. Includes new components needed for five-player play and the additional city and Whim mechanics.
