Gadget Guide: Vehicles

This supplement presents a catalog of vehicles for Mutants & Masterminds, ranging from hot rods and other ground vehicles to advanced starships. It combines effects and modifiers from the Hero’s Handbook to provide ready-to-use vehicles and explores concepts related to creating and using them in play. Some vehicles can serve as transportation, while others provide the basis for a hero’s or villain’s abilities.
