Gangs of Freeport

The characters become involved when Freeport’s rival gangs begin working together under the influence of a mysterious power, while the Sea Lord’s Guard struggles to contain the rising crime. They investigate the gangs’ activities, follow clues through the city, and confront the old evil behind the threat, using observation, deduction, and force where necessary. The adventure is designed for four characters of 5th to 7th level.
