Steel Wolves: German Fleet Boats

An alternate-history expansion that explores a German decision to prioritize long-range fleet/cruiser submarines instead of concentrating on medium Type VII boats. It adds a new opening campaign and four additional U-cruiser designs (Types III, VIII, XI, and XII) based on earlier experimental concepts and projected larger submarines. Play uses the base game's rules and components, requiring the core Steel Wolves game. Players integrate the new submarine types and campaign scenarios into convoy raiding, patrol assignment, and fleet construction decisions to simulate extended-range U-boat operations outside dense ASW zones.
