Ghostwalk Update for D&D 3.5

This update revises the Ghostwalk campaign setting for use with the D&D v3.5 rules. It provides relevant rules changes and clarifications while leaving minor wording and formatting adjustments to the reader. The document also includes a map omitted from the original book, allowing the setting to be used with the updated rules and additional material.
