Ground Floor (Second Edition): Architect's Office & Telecommunications Floor

An architect’s office provides a new area for conducting business, resolved after Retail Outlets and before the Construction Company. Only one player may use it during each round. The telecommunications floor adds a second floor improvement tile with the same function as the original.
