Guilds of London: The Secret Guild of Guildsmen

This promo card acts as an additional guild in the game. Liverymen can be moved onto it like a regular guild. When it resolves, the winning player takes one of their liverymen from the card and places it as a master on an existing guild tile controlled by any player. The card is then flipped over and cannot be controlled by a master.
