Hannibal & Hamilcar: Price of Failure

Adds a new Roman leader miniature and leader card plus two strategy cards that model religious omens and command consequences in Rome vs Carthage engagements. Bad Omen is played before a battle to reduce Rome’s General Battle Rating by 1 unless an immediate Attrition Roll cancels it. Price of Failure is played after a victorious battle to force the loser to either remove their commanding general from the map or lose a number of player counters equal to their Battle Rating.
