Havoc Expansion: The Character Cards

This expansion adds a collection of character cards and promotional content to the base game. The new cards are shuffled into the regular deck and introduce temporary effects when drawn, including characters who join the game, call HAVOC!, and begin special battles. It includes cards originally distributed at conventions, a new previously unreleased card, and two additional Dogs of War. The Dogs of War can be added to the game or used as blanks for creating custom characters. The base game is required.
