Helot (d20)

This d20 character supplement presents Helot, a human vigilante in a world shared by ordinary people and superpowered individuals. Disillusioned with humanity’s dependence on capes, he wages a personal war against heroes and villains alike, using unconventional tactics and a willingness to ignore the rules of superhuman conflict. The character can serve as an anti-hero, villain, or human champion in a supers campaign.
