Players take the roles of forest spirits who follow the commandments of the seasons to restore and tend a sacred wood. On a changing board that shifts seasonal effects by cardinal direction, players place workers and play cards to gather resources, plant sacred seeds, and earn victory points. Actions include choosing card plays, interacting with other players, and allocating gathered resources to meet both individual objectives and shared seasonal goals. The game blends cooperative advancement of the seasons with competitive resource management, and resolves scoring through completed objectives and collective progress.
