Strange events unfold in Herbergsbad as a lone vigilante pursues wrongdoers outside the law. The investigation follows the trail of Pholtus symbols left behind by the mysterious figure, despite the local temple denying any connection to him—and raises the question of why he is blue. This Living Greyhawk regional adventure supports characters of all classes and races from levels 1–10, for groups with an average level of 2–10.
