Players take the role of jurors tasked with judging a criminal case using evidence, testimonies and juror-specific actions. The group inspects a central crime scene, reads the defendant’s deposition, and reveals juror cards that trigger actions and debates over the course of the evening or, in the two-player mode, slowly across several days. Play proceeds through investigation, discussion and periodic card-driven events, ending in a final vote where a majority decision determines the verdict. After the vote a final revelation may alter the outcome; victory depends on having reached the correct verdict.
