Joe's Diner

A first-level adventure and reusable location for a Prohibition-era roleplaying game, set in a fictional Lakefront City modeled on Chicago. The diner serves as a meeting place where characters interact with locals, gather information, and become involved in the city’s conflicts between criminals and law enforcement. The scenario is designed to help game judges get familiar with the system and can be used as part of ongoing investigations or street-level adventures.
