Kaers

This sourcebook explores the underground kaers of Barsaive, where the Namegivers sheltered from the Horrors during the Scourge. It describes their construction, organization, history, and daily life, and presents more than two dozen traps for protecting them. Tables help create new kaers and establish their origins and past. Five lost kaers receive detailed descriptions, including sealed sanctuaries that still shelter inhabitants and ruins devastated by catastrophe, providing settings and material for adventures and campaigns.
