King of Tokyo: Frantic Mutations Promo Card

A promotional keep card that introduces a mutation-style power into ongoing monster duels. It costs 5 energy to acquire and triggers on a roll of at least three punch symbols. When activated, the player draws two evolution cards, selects one to add to their tableau, and discards the other. Requires the base game and the Power Up!/expansions that provide evolution cards to use.
