The planet has developed a dynamic society despite post-colonial turmoil, but now faces occupation by the imperialist New Earth Commonwealth. The book details Caprice’s history, geology, hydrography, regions, resources, settlements, political systems, cultures, and lifestyles. It also includes notable personalities, new equipment, character archetypes, and campaign seeds for adventures on the planet.
