Machine of Death: The Game of Creative Assassination – Webcomics Chums

A storytelling game set in a world where a machine predicts how each person will die from a small blood sample, though its predictions are deliberately vague and twisted. Players take the roles of assassins, using Black Market Gift Cards, special details, and improvised plans to create a death that matches the target’s prediction. A judge or the group approves each plan, then dice determine whether it succeeds. Failed plans can be revised by replacing items, changing the approach, or calling in specialists. Modes include competitive head-to-head play, cooperative missions, strategic Chief play, player-versus-player assassination, and non-lethal tasks such as opening a stuck jar or transplanting a tulip bulb. The set includes 115 cards created by 20 webcomic artists.
