Mandate Archive: The Dust

A science-fiction setting about the final decades of the Terran Mandate, an aging empire trapped in political and technological stasis. Core worlds preserve their power by expelling destabilizing elements into the frontier, where distant societies struggle to survive beyond imperial control.
