Mental Powers

A supplement for the BASH! Ultimate Edition RPG focused on psionic and telekinetic abilities. It provides dozens of powers in two themed Power Suites, along with new Enhancements, Limitations, Advantages, and Disadvantages for customizing characters and abilities. The supplement introduces Secondary Limitations, rules for creating original powers, and options for random character creation. Psionic powers probe, influence, deceive, or harm minds, while telekinetic powers move and manipulate objects in varied ways.
