This sourcebook presents criminals, desperados, fugitives, and rogue mercenary companies wanted by the Coalition States and other authorities. It includes Tolkeen fugitives, falsely accused characters, NPC villains, and adventure material centered on action and pursuit. A selection of weapons and equipment from Golden Age Weaponsmiths, Northern Gun, and Magefire supports mercenary operations and encounters.
