This supplement presents villains who work for hire, profit, or a government paycheck. The roster includes bounty hunters, private military contractors, spies, mercenaries, corporate raiders, cartel enforcers, and mystics who acquire magical artifacts for clients. Their equipment and abilities range from powered armor and alien technology to metahuman talents and advanced covert gear. The characters can protect shipments, track fugitives, conduct industrial espionage, or obtain valuable objects without pursuing world domination. The supplement also includes three story seeds, with one additional character and two maps.
