This science-fiction roleplaying supplement explores mutants created by radiation, experimentation, and other post-apocalyptic hazards. It provides tools for players and Game Masters to build mutant characters and creatures while remaining compatible with Starfinder mechanics and level-appropriate balance. Contents include the Metamorph archetype, three mutant templates, creature grafts, more than 10 cosmetic mutations, 75 deformities, 140 physical mutations, 60 psychic mutations, and over 20 feats supporting mutant character development.
