Nightfall: Ausnahmezustand

This expansion adds cards to a deck-building game of direct combat between supernatural factions. Before play, players draft cards for their private archives and for the shared market; archived cards can only be bought by the player who selected them. It requires the base game. Players build chains by matching a card’s main color to a linking color on the previous card. Everyone can extend the chain during the turn, then its cards resolve in reverse order, triggering attacks, defenses, and other effects. Players aim to fill opponents’ decks with wounds while keeping their own deck clear, though wounds also make a deck cycle faster.
