Nuclear War: Damping Field Promo Card

A special hold-until-needed card that creates a temporary damping field around a player’s country. When played, it cancels all incoming nuclear explosions until the player’s next turn: any warhead that lands on the protected country is treated as a dud with no effect. Designed as an optional promo add-on, it integrates with standard play and can be held in hand until activation.
