Nuclear War: Mad Scientist Promo Card

A promo card representing a scientist who attempts to boost a single warhead’s damage. The player plays it after resolving a spin or roll for an attack, then flips a coin: heads triples that warhead’s damage, tails turns it into a dud and negates the blast. The card is a one-off effect compatible with the series’ attack resolution mechanics and is intended as an optional bonus card for use in standard plays. It was produced as a convention promo and functions simply as a risk-reward modifier during an attack.
