Numenera Cypher Deck 2 is a board game for 0 players.

A 120-card accessory for generating cyphers in the Ninth World. Cyphers are usually single-use numenera devices that can function as weapons, wearable technology, healing tools, and more. Draw an item card to determine the device type, then draw a power card and choose one of its options. Twenty illustrated item cards and 100 power cards provide random cyphers during play, with power cards remaining available as references. The deck includes biotech devices and is compatible with the first cypher deck.
