Obsession: Dice Tower Promo Guests

Adds four new guests with unique favours. During specific steps of the order of play, these effects allow players to gain prestige or casual guests, recover a guest from the discard pile, take a market tile for free, collect money, dismiss a guest, or pass a guest card to the player on the right.
