Once in a Blue Moon

During the Winter Solstice Festival, the imprisoned twin brother of the Duke of Bannerwalls escapes once again, leaving the locals terrified and the court on edge. Four 9th-level characters must investigate the murders, contain the growing crisis, and decide how far to pursue the truth while the Duke conducts his own research into an approaching Blue Moon conjunction. The Duke conceals his involvement and prepares to blame the characters for the inevitable tragedy.
