Operations & Objectives: Rules of Engagement Campaign System

A campaign supplement for WWII tabletop wargaming, placing players in command of company-sized formations on a strategic map. Opposing sides pursue objectives assigned by their higher commands, with tactical decisions affecting the wider campaign. The rules cover map generation, terrain, supply lines, reserves, casualty resolution, railheads, paradrops, airstrikes, and random events. A sample historical scenario, The Defence of St. Vith, is included. The system can also be adapted for other periods and game systems, including ancients and science fiction.
