Petrichor: Lake Promo Tile

A lake tile that affects clouds and weather. Drops landing on the lake return to their owners’ supplies. When a cloud is moved onto the lake, the player adds three of their own drops to it; clouds moved off the lake can continue moving during the same Wind action, but cannot re-enter it.
