Piraten Kapern

Players sail in search of treasure, rolling eight special dice to collect coins, gems, and skulls while drawing a pirate card that modifies the turn. On a turn the active player rolls the dice, must set aside any skulls, and may keep any number of other dice while rerolling the rest; a third skull ends the turn with no score. Dice combinations and individual gold/diamond faces score points (three- and four-of-a-kinds scale up to eight-of-a-kind, with a bonus for all eight dice scoring). Special rules apply if four or more skulls appear on the first roll, sending the roller to Skull Island and penalizing other players based on skulls showing. Play continues until a player reaches the target score, then others take one final turn and the highest total wins.
