Humanity faces extinction as players develop diseases and spread them across the globe. Vaccination rates fall, lethal traits evolve, and entire continents can be devastated in a single turn. This expansion adds fungus and bioweapon disease types, a genetic modification mechanism, support for an additional player, and new event, trait, and endgame scoring bonuses.
