This 16-page supplement explores xeph culture, philosophy, society, and views of other races. It provides new character options for xeph characters, including the Alacris and Wind Adept prestige classes, 14 feats, and three racial specialty options: Xeph Marksman, Xeph Psion, and Xeph Thoughtsinger.
