Rayzer

This special deluxe issue presents Rayzer, a powerful renegade who operates outside the law and follows his own code. His role as hero or villain depends on his actions and the players’ relationship with him. The issue includes a map of his base, details on his devoted soldiers known as Rayzer’s Raiders, and artwork of his submersible vehicle, the Karkarius.
