Scortch

A companion sourcebook detailing a radioactive wasteland inhabited by mutants, dangerous wildlife, and hostile plant life. It describes the region’s towns, villages, cities, technologies, and factions, including blue elves, sand fairies, and the mutant wizard Blackwolf. The book includes a detailed map, random mutant generation charts, new creatures, skills, and background packages, along with a full-length adventure that leads characters through the hostile land.
