Sea of Legends: Tantrum House Promo Pack

Adds two new crewmembers: Ruffian, who can be exhausted to discard a Crew card and gain Bonus dice equal to its Gold value, and Rogue, who can be exhausted after taking a Port action to gain 3 Gold. The two-card promo pack was available through the 2020 Tantrum House Kickstarter.
