Sinister Red

Adventurers are thrown through a portal into a strange realm of coagulated blood, where a treasure hunt becomes a struggle to survive and find a way home. This old-school fantasy adventure uses a point-crawl structure across a sinister red sea, leading to a skeletal island coast, dangerous caves, the ruins of a blasted city, and a tower of mirrored glass. Players explore locations, confront bloated vampiric monsters and desperate undying beings, and discover unusual magic items and trinkets. Stat blocks support OD&D, Old-School Essentials, and The Black Hack.
