This 22nd-century Romulan Bird of Prey uses an early form of cloaking technology and has no shields. It can perform a Cloak Action without Active Shields, but doing so requires a die roll that may damage the ship’s systems. The vessel patrols cloaked minefields that threaten enemy ships, while intensive scans can reduce the danger.
