Stupid & Overpowered 2

A collection of six deliberately excessive feats for villains and non-player characters in roleplaying games. The feats cover combat, spell adjustments, crafting, monologues, dramatic escapes, and other genre conventions, making them better suited to lighthearted or comedic games than serious play.
